Built on the core practices of mindfulness, positive psychology, and behavioural change principles, these activities provide educators with step-by-step guidance to manage their everyday stressors.
Each activity starts with a brief scenario that explains why the teacher should use this activity. It’s followed by a step by step explanation. These activities are designed to help teachers shift away from the stress response toward the relaxation response. They take between 1 -5 minutes to do and can be used outside the classroom as well. This is a free resource as I hope teachers will use it to build their own resilience.
